Mission Statement
The Organized Edge implements lasting organizational strategies that:
1. afford each client clarity, confidence, and peace of mind
2. confound the enemies of staying organized: too much time and effort.
3. clients can learn, preventing a return to 'square 1.'
Philosophy
At The Organized Edge, we recognize that everyone has time, paper, and information to manage. How one manages that time, paper, and information determines whether it is a burden or a benefit.
We believe that organizing is a learned skill that comes more naturally to some than to others: some people are "wired" to easily understand organizing principles and efficiency skills just as some enjoy a particular aptitude for music, math, sports or business. "The Principles of Organizing" is not a school subject, leaving many people to wonder why they cannot stay organized. Even if one's innate talent is elsewhere, anyone can still learn these necessary life skills.
We further believe that strategic organization returns value in life: it helps to alleviate worry from the past and anxiety about the future; it affords the opportunity to do more of what you want to do and less of what you do not want to do. Being organized is the ticket to living in the present.
At The Organized Edge, our expertise has benefited clients who rate themselves from 'highly organized' to 'complete novice.' We implement highly efficient strategies and transfer knowledge using simple terms. Long-term, our strategies confound the enemies of staying organized: too much time and effort.
The Organized Edge is managed by Liz Staley.
